We are committed to guiding individuals toward deep healing and personal growth through transformative experiences that expand consciousness and awareness.
Ayahuasca, a potent brew from Amazonian traditions, is made from the Banisteriopsis caapi vine and other native plants. Indigenous cultures have used it for centuries in sacred ceremonies to heal and connect with the spiritual world. More than a healing tool, ayahuasca allows participants to explore deeper states of consciousness, confronting inner truths and emotions. This experience reshapes one’s understanding of self, offering a path toward emotional and spiritual clarity.
Research shows ayahuasca’s active compounds, DMT and harmine, foster neuroplasticity, forming new neural pathways that allow for emotional processing and cognitive insights. These changes help the brain heal from trauma and have shown promise in improving conditions like PTSD, depression, and anxiety. The experience not only offers relief but also fosters a renewed sense of purpose and personal growth.
Ayahuasca strips away the ego, allowing participants to move beyond their usual sense of identity and explore deeper layers of consciousness. This dissolution brings forward raw emotions and truths, often revealing aspects of the self that are normally hidden. Many report feeling more connected to the universe and gaining a clearer sense of purpose. By confronting the parts of themselves they often avoid, participants leave with a greater understanding of their true nature and how they relate to the world.
The ceremony opens the door to a broader understanding of reality. It shows that what we perceive daily is only a fraction of what truly exists. It dissolves the boundaries of conventional thinking, and reveals deeper truths about existence. Participants often experience a profound sense of interconnectedness, realizing life is part of a larger, intricate design. The journey offers glimpses into dimensions and insights that challenge the typical understanding of time, space, and consciousness.
Our sacred ceremony is led by a Shaman, or “Tahita,” who not only prepares the ayahuasca brew but also helps create the right environment for the experience. This ensures that the mind and body are open to the energies during the ceremony.
After preparation and mindset work, participants drink the brew. Within 30 to 60 minutes, physical cleansing, such as nausea or dizziness, may occur. As the ceremony progresses, you may experience visions and deep emotional release, guided by traditional Ãcaros, enhancing the connection to your emotions and memories.
Ayahuasca’s effects often extend beyond the immediate experience, with many feeling long-lasting impacts. Participants report a deeper sense of peace, alignment with their purpose, and healing from issues like anxiety, depression, or even addiction.
To ensure a safe and meaningful experience, the right preparation is crucial. Setting a positive, open mindset is key, as well as preparing your body will help you connect more deeply with the medicine.
In the days before the ceremony, avoid red meat, alcohol, and strong medications. Stick to light foods like chicken, fish, and eggs, and refrain from sexual activity for at least three days.
On the day of the ceremony, make sure you eat something light—don’t come on an empty stomach. Women on their menstrual cycle should notify in advance, and pregnant women are strongly adviced to not participate.
Wear comfortable white or light clothing, bring personal items like a water bottle, blanket, and something to take notes if desired. Also, it’s important to inform the facilitators if you’re taking any medication, especially psychiatric ones.
Each Ayahuasca experience is deeply personal. Its tailored to the individual and to their unique life journeys. Some participants describe non-linear experiences of time, which gives them fresh perspectives on key moments in their lives.
Others see patterns in nature. This helps them them understand the interconnectedness of all living things. The experience isn’t one-size-fits-all; it provides direct, individualized insights—whether emotional, philosophical, or practical. This offers clarity on relationships, life choices, or existential questions in ways that resonate with each person.
Participant feedback reveals the lasting emotional and spiritual benefits experienced through Ayahuasca ceremonies
Ayahuasca is a traditional brew made from two primary plants: the ayahuasca vine (Banisteriopsis caapi) and the chacruna leaf (Psychotria viridis). Together, they create a powerful medicine known for its ability to open the mind and facilitate profound emotional and spiritual healing.
Preparation is key for a smooth and insightful experience. We suggest avoiding red meat, alcohol, and dairy for at least three days before the ceremony. Sexual activity should also be avoided during this time. On the day of the ceremony, we recommend having a light meal—avoid coming on an empty stomach, and come with an open, calm mindset.
Ayahuasca is a powerful medicine, and safety is our top priority. If you have any medical conditions or are taking medications, it’s important to notify us in advance. We assess each participant to ensure the experience is safe and appropriate for their health and well-being.
The experience varies from person to person, but many people start by feeling physical sensations like nausea or dizziness. As the ceremony unfolds, you may experience deep emotional releases, vivid visions, and an expanded sense of self. The Ãcaros, traditional songs sung throughout the ceremony, guide and support the journey.
We suggest bringing comfortable, light-colored clothing (preferably white) to symbolize clarity. Essentials include a water bottle, a journal for reflection, a sleeping mat or blanket, and a jacket or blanket for warmth. You may also want to bring fruits or snacks for the community meal after the ceremony.

The Ãcaros are sacred songs that the facilitator sings during the ceremony. These powerful songs are an essential part of the experience, helping to guide you through the journey, offer spiritual protection, and deepen the connection with the medicine.
After the ceremony, many participants experience feelings of peace, clarity, and alignment with their life’s purpose. The insights gained during the ceremony may continue to unfold in the days and weeks that follow, and we recommend taking time to integrate the experience into your daily life.
Many participants have reported that Ayahuasca has helped them face emotional challenges, release long-held traumas, and find a sense of peace. While it’s not a substitute for professional treatment, many have found it to be a transformative part of their healing journey. Each experience is unique, and we encourage integration and reflection after the ceremony.
