We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we strive to accommodate our participants while ensuring the smooth operation of our retreats. Below are the guidelines for cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation and Refund Terms
Cancellations 30 Days or More Before the Retreat Participants may cancel their reservation up to 30 days before the retreat start date for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee to cover processing costs.
Cancellations 15-29 Days Before the Retreat Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the retreat will receive a 50% refund. Alternatively, you can apply the full amount as credit toward a future retreat within one year of the original booking.
Cancellations Within 14 Days of the Retreat Unfortunately, cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat are non-refundable due to the preparation and costs incurred for your participation. However, you can transfer your booking to another person or move your reservation to a future retreat, subject to availability.
Medical Emergencies If you are unable to attend due to a verifiable medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. With proper documentation, we will provide a full refund, minus the 10% administrative fee.
No-Show Policy
Participants who do not show up for the retreat without prior notice will forfeit their payment. No refunds or credits will be issued in the case of a no-show.
Transferring to a Future Retreat
If you need to reschedule, you may transfer your booking to another retreat within one year of your original booking date, subject to availability. This option must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the retreat.

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be made through the original payment method used during booking.
